During normal business hours , 8:30AM to 6:30PM EST, your call will be routed to our technical support department. After hours (i.e. Nights, Weekends, US Holidays) your call will be routed to the on-call technicians.
If your issue is an emergency, such as a disaster recovery, emergency restores, or the software is impairing your system, and requires immediate attention, please call our technical support line.
